To design, deploy and support Tivoli License Compliance Manager (TLCM). This role reports to the EAD Tactical manager. This is a technical role which also requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, a commitment to customer focus, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills at all levels including the ability to train, mentor and develop others
