Program Manager – Telecom

Description:

1) Handling customer's/internal customer's escalations and resolving the issues.

2)-Proactively escalating cases to higher management

3)-Regular meetings with factories to ensure TATs are being met and resolve the grey areas if any on the factory or AES sides.

4)-Initiative to improvise the team's performance

5)-Tracking of ongoing implementations and accordingly review with project manager to ensure set target for the month/quarter/year is met.

6)-Review with Sales team in the cross functional meeting (Inter -lock) to understand the issues of both functions and brain storming to reduce/resolve the issues.

7)-Making DAP for the team and ensure the trainings are scheduled and attended by the team members.

8)-Organizing technical or product based training for the team members from vendors.

9)-Presenting monthly performance PM wise/product wise to higher management for review and support to improve.

10)-Project review/feedback meetings with customers.

11)-Take initiatives to improve the quality of project implementation, improvisation may be on the deliverables to customer or may be internal e.g: related to support handover.

12)- Take initiative to improve the team's productivity.
